I love to travel. I love to write about where I've been, what I've seen and with this website, I hope to give you the "armchair version" of my trips.
I'm a frequent flier - literally and figuratively! I'm a Canadian journalist who has travelled from Bonavista to Vancouver Island in my Canada.
I have travelled frequently to continental Europe and to Britain, as well as to Australia and New Zealand, India, the Caribbean, the United States, Israel and Egypt, Malta, Ecuador, Peru and Mexico.
My travel articles have been published in the Toronto Star, where I was a staff travel writer for two years, the National Post, the Ottawa Citizen, the Calgary Herald and Osprey Media papers in Ontario: the Sudbury Star, Kingston Whig-Standard, Sault Star and the Sarnia Observer. I've also written for the web magazine, Go World Travel.
Prior becoming a freelance travel writer, I was a writer and senior editor for the Citizen, the Herald and the Star.
